What if I am just not happy with something I received from MoshiMoshi?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date. To benefit from our ‘no quibble – money back’ guarantee the product should be returned to us, unused and in original packaging.

How do I know if my order went through?

After you place an order with us, an order confirmation number will be displayed on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order – this can take up to a few hours to reach your inbox.
