I haven’t received my confirmation email, what should I do?

Please check spam folders – confirmation orders quite often get directed there. Still no luck? Send us the following info:
Order Number/Paypal Invoice number
First and last name order was placed under
Email address submitted with the order
Payment method used
Full and correct cost of the order i.e. the exact amount you have paid.

If my order is late, what should I do?

Doesn’t happen often but delays can occur and its frustration all round when they do! We always ship next business day but if its super important your order gets to its destination on time then please, please consider upgrading to Tracked mail – even if you haven’t crossed the spend threshold to qualify automatically.
If after 4 weeks, we have a delivery no-show in the UK – we refund or resend.
If after 8 weeks, we have a delivery no show rest of world – we refund or resend.
For refunds to be completed all purchase information should be sent to info@moshimoshiuk.com including date of purchase, order number and order amount.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to make amendments to orders once they have been placed.
Should you need to cancel your order once it has been submitted, please contact us
If you wish to add items to your order, you will have to place a separate order through the online site. Please note that you will have to pay another postal charge on this order.

Can I change my delivery details?
