Defective/Damaged Items

We do our best to ensure your order arrives with you in perfect condition, however, damaged or defective items after transit do happen. If you receive a damaged or defective item then please contact us immediately. We may request images clearly showing any damage or malfunction. Please do not be offended by this as images of damaged goods help us to assess where the fault in the supply may be e.g. if damaged in transit to you, we may need to review packaging protocols for that particular product.

We may ask for the item to be returned to us – we will cover all cost associated with this.

I am having trouble placing my order?

If your experiencing difficulties placing your order try the following:

1 clear browsing data – cookies and cache
2 if you are using different devices to access the website e.g. laptop, mobile and tablet, this may cause problems. Try placing orders on only one device.
3 Try accessing the site using a different web browser e.g. Mozilla, Firefox, Chrome
4 Try placing order with an alternative payment method. Accepted payment methods can be found here.

The item I received is incorrect, what should I do?

Please get in touch here, send us an image of the incorrect item and we will be happy to help.

Overseas customs & duties

If the order destination is outside the UK, you may be required to pay import taxes or customs fees. You will be responsible for providing Customs with all relevant information to help the goods proceed through customs.

Please note: we are unable to refund any duties paid on faulty items or items damaged in transit.
