UK Deliveries:
All of our items are dispatched via Royal Mail 48- which takes approximately 2-3 working days to arrive. The tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email provides confirmation of delivery/attempted delivery.
Expedited shipping rates are displayed at checkout, you must select to upgrade your shipping from our standard service ie Royal Mail 48.
Royal Mail may leave a “Something For You” card if they attempt delivery while you’re out and there is no safe place at your location. In this instance you can collect your order from your local Delivery Office or alternatively visit the Royal Mail website to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time.

If you are having any issues with delivery, please contact your local sorting office before getting in touch, it is most likely that your item is being held there and collection/re-delivery with them can be arranged.

Before placing your order, please make sure to double check your shipping address. We are not responsible for lost parcels due to an incorrect address being given. Postage paid on any orders which are returned to us due to errors in your Shipping Address will be invoiced to you (via PayPal) before the order can be re-shipped.
If you have selected Express Shipping, please make sure to include a contact number in the checkout notes, should our express courier need to reach you. Failure to include this will result in delays to the dispatch of your parcel.
