Returns and Exchanges

Returns:

MoshiMoshiUK gladly accepts returns, provided that products are returned in an unused condition, and you have contacted us within 14 days of delivery to you. You must return your unwanted products within 14 days of notifying us. Items sent back to us without prior notification will not be accepted.

Return package must include your order number, name and email address and any instructions/comments.

Returns are the responsibility of the purchaser until received by MoshiMoshiUK.

You will receive your refund up to 14 days after the day on which we receive the goods that you have returned.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been despatched, we will be able to help. If your order has been despatched, you will have to follow our returns policy above.
